As part of our Course, students are asked to fill out and sign the Registration Form that contains some demographic data and person’s health history. The purpose of the Registration Form is to assist the Practitioner in customizing a program for the student’s individual needs and to ensure maximum safety. We value our customers’ privacy and it is our policy that any information released to Buteyko Clinic USA is never sold or shared without the customer’s consent. If we feel that your personal data might be useful as case studies for future publications or/and research, Buteyko Clinic USA will contact you to ask for your permission.
We do not flood your mail box or call you with promotional offers. All our periodical news/educational/promotional publications (such as the Newsletter), have easy unsubscribe feature.

Buteyko Breathing Technique course offered by Buteyko Clinic USA is an educational program and no part of the course constitutes medical diagnoses or treatment. We encourage our students to keep close contact with their health care providers. We insist that students do not modify their current medical treatment or course of prescribed medications in any manner before consulting with their health care provider.

Fees and payments
We offer one of the most reasonable fees paid for Buteyko Courses. If you have financial difficulties, contact a Practitioner to work out a convenient payment solution. Payments are due prior to or on the first day of the workshop / first appointment.
Buteyko Clinic educational programs fees are non refundable with the following exceptions:
• Full refund - If a class is canceled by us
• Partial refund - If a customer cancels a Live course or an Online course after the sign up process is complete, but before the first workshop /appointment, we reserve a $50 cancellation fee and the rest of paid amount is refunded. The $50 cancellation fee cannot be applied toward any future classes.
• Partial refund - If a customer cancels a Monthly support program after the sign up process is complete, but before the first appointment / consultation, we reserve $20 cancellation fee and the rest of paid amount is refunded. The $20 cancellation fee cannot be applied toward any future classes.
If the fee is paid in two or more installments, and for any reason you choose not to continue a class after the first charge, you will still be charged all remaining installment payments.
